The Customer Care centre helps customers enquire for vehicle location and status as an alternative to using the web and mobile application, request for any assistance or register complaints.
The Customer Care centre monitors all TRAQR fitted vehicles round-the-clock for data not being received from them at the preset intervals. Any loss of data receipt will be immediately notified to the respective vehicle owner and corrective steps taken.
